Exchange/refund

Exchange accepted standards:

1. Item purchased should be from www.i2electro.com and retail shops under the name of I2 electro.
2. Items are accepted to be exchanged only if the period of signing the POD (Proof of delivery) to the date of rising the exchange request is within 14 days.
3. The package should be sealed as bought and not opened.

Unacceptable standards for exchange:

1. The product is not sold at i2electro.com or retail shop under the name of I2 electro
2. The exchange period of the item has expired.
3. User did not follow product instructions for use, maintenance, service and cause of the damage.
4. The exchange items are incomplete (this includes accessories and gifts).

Refunds Accepted Standards:

1. Item should be purchased from i2electro.com or retail shop under the name of I2 electro
2. Order cancelation can take place before receiving the order.
3. Order cancelation can take place within 14 days of signing the POD (Proof of delivery) to the date of rising the refund request.
4. Item/s should be sealed and unopened.
5. All items should be available (this includes accessories and gifts).
6. Amount will be refunded within 10 working days if the payment method used is Knet/Visa.

Returns are refund for payments Via Credit Card:

1. Refunds for credit card payments are subject to 2.5% deductions of the total amount paid.
